Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Betty Lin has spent a large part of her professional life as a music teacher and honing her leadership abilities in various settings in Asia, including China and Indonesia and South America. She is an enthusiastic and passionate community builder. She brings adaptability and a wealth of experience as an educator to her Arts team at Colegio Roosevelt, Lima, Peru. With strong communication, organizational development, public relations skills, and over thirty years as a music education, she is adept at leveraging educational resources, including technology and outside funding, to create optimal learning environments for members of the community, fostering connection through artistic enquires for community building, global citizenship.
